and yes, i am that guy who was born in buffalo, lived outside albany (guilderland), went to boston university, lived briefly in atlanta, returned to albany, lived from 1993 - 2007 in boston, was a happy resident of austin 2007 - 2009, ran guilderland cross-country and track including a 4:35 (wind-aided) mile, drove an '81 vw rabbit with lamentable racing stripes, delivered college pizzas (sorry drunk guy who got confused and gave me a $20 tip!), peed on john silber's lawn at boston university, got my first dizzying drunk on "fuzzy navels" at the boston university orientation, has loved remarkably and lost equally so, tore a door off my friend's car at a gas pump, gave eddie money directions to the cheri theatre, dressed as a burrito for halloween 2002, is still waiting to get "those band trip pictures" back from beth losito, daringly used a ouija board inside cambridge's mount auburn cemetery, unabashedly and romantically thinks the flock of seagulls "space age love song" is the very best the 80s offered us, has made four visits to new orleans doing rebuilding work after katrina, ran a webcam to catch a bad dog riley sleeping on the bed, got away with working three "fishing" metaphors into a client presentation to gorton's frozen foods (at mullen), knows how to drive a dump truck, believes in serial commas, and at age 6 buried an impressive grocery bag of pennies in my backyard. they're still there if you want to go dig 'em up.
